QUESTION: WHEN WILL I SEE IMPROVEMENT?
ANSWER: Improvements in health and Well-being can be felt as early as the first session. However to gain the most from your training it is recommended that you follow a ten week course.
QUESTION: I AM RECOVERING FROM KNEE SURGERY AND WOULD LIKE TO START EXERCISING AGAIN. ARE YOU TRAINED TO BE ABLE TO WORK WITH PEOPLE RECOVERING FROM INJURY?
ANSWER: Amongst our team, we have extensive experience of working with people who are recovering from injury, illness or surgery. However, if we do not feel that we have the knowledge to provide you with the best possible care, we will refer you to our in house chiropractor. They will discuss your rehabilitation, and recommend relevant exercise prescription to aid your recovery.

QUESTION: I HAVE HEARD THAT SOME PERSONAL TRAINERS ARE NOT VERY EXPERIENCED OR QUALIFIED. HOW DO I KNOW THAT YOUR TRAINERS ARE?
ANSWER: Not only do all our trainers have a related degree, but are also professionally qualified. We strive to keep at the cutting edge of fitness research with continuous practical and theoretical education. All Personal Best personal trainers are registered with the National Register of Personal Trainers, are fully insured and qualified in first aid.
QUESTION: I WOULD LIKE TO TRAIN WITH MY PARTNER TO MAKE THE SESSIONS MORE FUN AND TO GIVE US SOMETHING TO DO TOGETHER. CAN YOU TRAIN TWO PEOPLE IN ONE SESSION?
ANSWER: Not only do we offer one-to-one training but we also offer paired training and group sessions.
