After a physical and lifestyle assessment, each client undertakes an individual training program tailored to meet their specific needs and goals. Depending upon their fitness level, you will be prescribed exercises and activities to do at home that will form part of your own physical maintenance program. |

Nutritional and lifestyle advice will be provided alongside your program and regular reassessments are performed in order that your goals are attained.
Areas of focus will include cardio vascular fitness, strength, flexibility and functional posture work. |
