"Its been almost exactly a year since I started Circuits class on a Thursday and in that time I have achieved my personal goals of strengthening a weak back and improving my general fitness level. I’ve also lost half a stone and dropped a dress size."
The Amberley Cow Hunt 2012 will take place on Saturday 5th and Sunday the 6th of May. Come along to join the fun, hunt for the Cows and enjoy some fantastic cakes and a cup of tea in our traditional village tea tent afterwards.
