Golf Rotation

Stand with your back and heels against a wall; place your right heel in front of your left foot. Bring your left foot in line with your right foot at shoulder width apart.
With elbows into the body and fingers pointing forward like pistols. Rotate your body, to touch the wall with your finger, keeping both feet on the floor.
Repeat on the other side.(start with 10 and build up to 30)
