Cooper d’Abo is the new Gloucestershire-based catering company, run by us, Dan Cooper and Bruno d'Abo.

"Cooper d'Abo in association with Personal Best Studio has developed a healthy eating plan tailored specifically with your fitness and health in mind. Without losing any of the essence of Cooper d'Abo and the quality of food our clients have come to expect, we have created a series of menus which are both delicious and nutritious and will help optimise your understanding of healthy eating.

These will be updated on monthly basis and where possible we will use endeavour to use ingredients which are in season. All our recipes have been designed in consultation with a qualified dietician and nutritionist with a specific input from the team at Personal Best.

Starting with a large breakfast, scaling down to a simple lunch followed by a humble supper, we aim to provide the information needed to develop your knowledge of how a simple diet can work in unison with a fitness regime to bring out the best in you. Our recipes will give you extensive information on quantities of ingredients, preparation time and full nutritional information. All vital facts that will help you get the most out of your food.

We are also able to develop tailor made eating plans for you personally, which we can even prepare ourselves to be delivered to your door. Working in harmony with Personal Best Studio and their Nutrition team, we will find the right menu for you."

Food RulesNutritionist We are pleased to announce the addition of a fully qualified dietician and nutritionist to the Personal Best Studio. Julia Shambrook is member of the Health Professionals Council and the British Dietetic Association and will be running a monthly clinic at the Studio. Julia will aim to help you focus on the bigger picture of how nutrition is used to look after our bodies and how improved nutrition can aid performance, health and wellbeing. Her advice and support can empower you to make the right food choices to help your general health and wellbeing as well as providing the support necessary to help you succeed in the changes you need to make. With Julia’s’ help you can cut through the mass of confusing food information that exists and receive practical, quality assured advice that can only come from a state registered dietitian.
