Ingredients
10 frozen cranberries
1 soft mango
125g natural live low fat yogurt
juice from half a lime
1 tablespoon of good quality English honey
freshly grated nutmeg
Method
Place frozen cranberries in food processor with the lime juice and the honey and blitz for several seconds. Peeling the mango and separate the flesh from the stone place all the juicy bits in the food processor and blitz for a further 30 seconds add the yogurt and blitz again when the colour of the drink is solid and consistent
To serve
Pour in a tall glass and finish with freshly grated nutmeg. |
