Serves 4
225g Green and black’s organic dark chocolate
2 tbsp of organic English honey
200g Hazel nuts
Break up chocolate and melt in a large bowl set over a saucepan of boiling water. Once the chocolate has melted, remove from the heat and gently stir in the honey and hazelnuts. Leave to cool for ten mins.
Spoon the chocolate mixture onto greaseproof paper, spreading thinly over the surface. Once the mixture has semi set, cut into desired shapes.
