Long Sit

Sit against a wall with your legs straight out in front of you.
Squeeze your shoulder blades together and hold.
Keep shoulder blades, back and down.
Tighten your thighs and flex the feet so that your toes are pointing back at you.
Place your hands on your thighs, palm up and hold for four to six minutes
