Summer Safari Supper
Raising funds for Cotswold Care
This summer, three Nailsworth Restaurants are joining forces to host a ‘safari supper’ evening,with donations going to Cotswold Care Hospice. The evening will highlight the talents of all the chefs, as diners will observe the preparation and cooking of their meal, before having a chance to sample the dish! Moving from restaurant to restaurant, diners will watch the chef cook their food beforesitting down to enjoy their meal over a glass of wine. Once their course is finished, the group will move on to the next restaurant for the next course and so on to the third for deserts!
Three supper evenings are planned over the summer, in order that each restaurant has a chance to demonstrate that skills at starter, mains and deserts. Restaurants taking part are Wild Garlic, Hobbs Bistro and Mark@Street. The money raised will help support the Gloucestershire local Hospice, Cotswold Care: who provide palliative nursing care to the people of Gloucestershire, free of charge. Each year they care for 500 patients and need to raise £2.4 million to continue their services.
Dates are now confirmed for the Safari Supper evenings, with the first taking part on Tuesday 15th May, followed by Tuesday 19th June and Tuesday 17th July. Tickets are priced at £27.50 per person.
