Introducing Hester Eaton
As a sportswoman, Hester has pursued an interest in sports injuries, in both their treatment and prevention. Having graduated from the London School of Sports Massage (LSSM) with distinction. Hester has established her own practice within clinics allowing the opportunity to work alongside other therapists so that the client can get the very best results.
She treats clients ranging from runners to squash players to office workers. Hester has worked for several years with international event and dressage riders, and is a keen skier, sailor and driver. She has tried her hand at many different activities, giving her clients a wide range of knowledge and care.
Sports massage plays an important part in any athletes training programme to help prevent the build up of aches and pains which may lead to more serious muscle problems. This is not just for athletes but also for everyone with everyday lives. Sports massage helps with muscle problem caused by lifting, gardening, child care or long periods of time driving or sitting at the computer.
The Amberley Cow Hunt 2012 will take place on Saturday 5th and Sunday the 6th of May. Come along to join the fun, hunt for the Cows and enjoy some fantastic cakes and a cup of tea in our traditional village tea tent afterwards.
