Kristine Hagen | Director -Chiropractor
BSc Human Sciences MSc Chiropractic

Kristine Hagen completed her Master’s degree in Chiropractic in 2000 at the Anglo European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth, Dorset.

Kristine competed in gymnastics, cross-country skiing and ballet from a very young age, and had performed at a national level as a dancer by the age of 18. Following a severe knee and recurring neck injuries, Kristine was forced to give up ballet and had to pursue an alternative career. Kristine had been treated by a chiropractor following her injury and this, with her desire to help others recover from injuries and pain, meant that Chiropractic was the obvious career path

Since 2000, Kristine has helped thousands of patients recover from back pain, neck pain and whiplash, sports injuries and joint problems. She has also provided chiropractic for Hampshire constabulary, BG (British Gas HQ), Fareham Fire services, BMW and LB Bentley.

Her passion for health and fitness is reflected in the individual care each patient receives, where goal oriented home exercises, nutritional advice and ergonomics feature heavily.

As well as Chiropractic care, Kristine also provides custom and semi-custom made orthotics (insoles), allowing feet and therefore all joints above the ankle to work better. Orthotics are suitable for everyone, sportsmen, elderly and children.

“Our motto is ‘movement is medicine’, and we strive to make your body work better for you, reducing your pain, and increasing ability and fitness, finding new confidence. Come and see how Chiropractic may help you”

Geoff Boldero MPSPract DipBMec as the clinic’s Chiropodist/Podiatrist,Geoff is here to look after all your foot care needs in a friendly, professional manner. Geoff has worked in the podiatry profession for over 15 years and during that time has assisted many people in managing and overcoming a variety of foot problems.

Although he treats painful symptoms he is particularly interested in getting to the core of the dysfunction that causes those symptoms in the first place. By assessing the biomechanics of the feet, and the wider context of the body posture, he can prescribe foot orthotics, which are specialist shoe inserts, to improve the function of the feet and thereby the whole body frame.

Geoff offers you the benefit of many years’ experience in practice, alongside his continued professional development, which has kept him abreast of new techniques and solutions for addressing foot conditions.

Geoff has seen a wide range of foot conditions in his years as a practitioner, most of which simply stem from abnormal pressures to feet from ill-fitting shoes, unbalanced gait, trauma and every day wear and tear. Regular visits to Geoff will ensure feet are kept in good condition, helping the patient to avoid problems deteriorating and leading to further complications or to resolving situations completely.

Geoff is registered and regulated by the Health and Care Professions Council
