ANSWER: It is recommended that you train at least once a week. However, each individual has different needs and aims and as such will need differing number of sessions. Personal Best trainers will also prescribe exercise and lifestyle change to apply at home. Clients can also take advantage of the exercise zone to help their home exercise program.

ANSWER: Amongst our team, we have extensive experience of working with people who are recovering from injury, illness or surgery. However, if we do not feel that we have the knowledge to provide you with the best possible care, we will refer you to our in house chiropractor. They will discuss your rehabilitation, and recommend relevant exercise prescription to aid your recovery.
