Stretch


Stand with your back to the wall, feet spread wider than hips and both feet straight ahead. Place your hands on top of each other and extend your arms towards the floor. Hold both arms straight and bring them up above your head, trying to reach the wall.
Return to the starting position and repeat for 10, before changing over hand position.
