Swimmer (static back)


Whilst in the static back position, extend your arms towards the ceiling, palms facing in. Try to keep shoulder blades in contact with the floor at all times.
Separate your arms, one arm going to the ground behind your head, the other towards your knee. Breathe out as you bring arms back to the starting point.
Repeat in opposite direction. Build up to 15 each side.
