Through Tom's experience working with professionals, juniors, adults, and amateurs, he has identified these five factors are essential in order to play golf safely and effectively, plus prolonging your golfing days!
In each class Tom will lead you through these fundamentals and provide home based exercises for you to practice and perfect. They will become essential 'tools' for your golf warm ups and help you get the most from your swing whilst paying respect to your spine.
