Jane Barnes PhD BSc PGDip | Registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach
Jane studied Biological Sciences and graduated with a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Edinburgh. Shortly after this, and following a move back to Gloucestershire with her husband, Jane was struck down with chronic fatigue and was eventually diagnosed with an autoimmune condition. After several frustrating years of visiting doctors and feeling like she was getting nowhere, Jane set about trying to find her own answers to improving her health - and this is when she discovered the power of nutritional medicine which completely turned her health (and life!) around. As a former research scientist, she realised that there was a sound scientific rationale for why this approach works and this is when she decided to retrain as a Nutritional Therapist.
Learn More
Jane is passionate about sharing her knowledge and using her coaching skills to help people overcome their own chronic health issues and she believes that there is no single perfect diet which suits everyone. It is more a case of finding out what works to optimise your own individual biochemistry and then working out how to fit this in to your life in a way that works for you. Above all, food should be one of life’s great pleasures. She works with anyone who is interested in finding out how they can tailor their diet and lifestyles to optimise their health, but she has a particular passion for helping those suffering from autoimmunity, chronic fatigue, depression or anxiety. Jane offers a free 15 minute discovery call for anyone interested in finding out more about how she can help you……..
