For most keen amateur golfers, the challenge is not always the course or your opponent, but with your own swing and physical limitations that may affect your swing. At Personal Best, we believe that by improving your fitness and health, you will improve and enjoy your golf game!
Our Golf Fitness trainers have vast experience at playing at the highest level, plus working alongside professional tour players as well as the weekend golfer. With their years of experience, they will be able to work with you to identify your swing faults and the physical restrictions that create those faults. They will provide you with golf specific exercises to help you correct those swing faults, improve postural strength, stability, mobility and power. These exercises will also help you gain the physical ability to perform your best swing consistently and powerfully. Our Golf fitness trainers will also help you create effective pre and post golf routines to help you get the most from your game and reduce the risk of injury. |
