Shed the Winter Blues

On a very wet and gloomy Sunday afternoon - staring out into the grey with only a few hours left until the boys are bathed and tucked up into bed, it's easy to feel the winter blues! Flicking through the new Rick Stein recipe book, searching for inspiration for supper, I stumble across these words:- “Do you suffer from Sunday night blues?”

Gaining Momentum?

If you can remember your physics lessons at school, you may recall that momentum is defined as the quantity of motion of a given object. The greater the momentum, the harder it is to stop the object’s movement. You can think of momentum as a force unwilling to come to a halt.
