In April 2018, I responded to an advert asking for writers to contribute to a Motivational Guide. Having previously written articles for Ultra Fit and our regular newsletter, I decided to apply. What motivated me was my desire to write and to help as many people as possible achieve their goals. I am delighted to say I got the job and the contents of this booklet are not only helping you, but thousands of others who have access to this booklet via their personal trainers or coaches.
This guide is a culmination of a few months’ work plus over 18 years’ worth of personal training experience and almost 30 years of teaching and coaching! It is based around conversations and observations with clients that are moulded reworked and reworded to be shared with others.
